Elegant card
A simple little card today, which I thought might be suitable for the MTTC challenge this week. I have used my lily stamp, which I have decoupaged. I have also cut the edge again with a Multi Shaper punch. The card has been finished off with peel offs and a hand written greeting.

Gold thankyou card
I made this card for someone who likes gold, and of course as I like black, I mixed the two. I have again used one of my own stamps, the Design Rose, and a Multi Shaper punch.

Feather plaque
Having had a little bit of playtime today, when I should have been making cards, I happened upon an mdf plaque that I bought recently, so I decided to do something with it! I coloured the plaque with Adirondack acrylic dabbers , eggplant, black and gold. I then triple thick embossed it with clear UTEE, adding a sprinkling of Malachite Fire Aurora cosmic shimmer embossing powder on the third go. I then inked my peacock feather stamp with a gold encore ink pad and stamped into the still molten powder.

Leaf card
I've tried something a bit different for me this time........ as you can see I have been playing with my cuttlebug again, and used one of my paintings as a sort of focal point! The greeting was hand written, and the edges of the card were distressed with Ranger distress ink. Don't know if I'm very happy with the result, but hey ho!

CSF Christmas project 2008
These are the triangles that I have made for the CSF Christmas project. We are in teams of 4 and have each made 2 letters for the word Christmas, which we then swap. We have also all made our own S so that when we each receive all the letters we are able to make a banner decoration. I have used all my own stamps and embossed them in gold. The decoration on the letters is hand drawn, and the edges of the letters are finished with gold Krylon.........the edges of the triangles are finished with gold acrylic dabber.

Another alternative christmas card
I made this Christmas card for a friend who, like me favours the darker things in life............the background was embossed with a cuttlebug folder which I then stroked with a gold ink pad and embossed with black embossing powder. The greeting and Madonna are two of my own designs, and I finished off with a black ribbon.

Feather thankyou card
Just made another card, this time using some fabulous magic foil card that got at the NEC this weekend, which when stamped with versamark and clear detail embossing powder looks like it is foiled. I used my own design peacock feather stamp. The greeting is written by hand with a silver Krylon pen, shadowed with a black pen, and the card is edged with silver krylon also.

Unicorn canvas
Another canvas, this time using my new Unicorn stamp. The background is painted with Adirondack acrylic dabbers. The unicorn itself is stamped on textured "old" gold paper. The swirl is stamped with olive green stazon, a couple of times, and then embossed in gold. The words were written on freehand...........(I know, you can tell!!!)

Christmas card
Having had a bit of a mad session making heaps of ATCs, I decided to put some to use making Christmas cards.........here is one. I have used my Madonna stamp, which has been embossed in gold and mounted on some fabulous Dovecraft Christmas paper, and edged with Krylon pen. The background is a piece of black card, embossed with my cuttlebug, and then embossed with gold detail embossing powder, (a brilliant idea by Kay :) ). The card was edged with starlite black brilliance ink pad, and finished off with peel offs.

Last one.................
I promise.....no more peacocks, only I wanted to blog this one, as it has a different layout. I cut a section from the edge of the card, before attaching the peacock panel. I used the Cuttlebug Happy Birthday folder to emboss a matching piece of card, which I attache inside the back of the card. Then I cut a strip from the section that I had removed, and attached this to the inside back of the card, with a peel off Happy birthday on it. The edges were finished off with gold peel offs.

Tall slim peacock card
Have made another card this evening using another of my stamps. It is made in the same way as the others. I had to mount the cut out head onto gold mirri card, in order for it not to blend into the background too much.

Alternative christmas card
A friend asked me to make her Christmas card using my peacock feather stamp.........not a very Christmassy image! So I employed my Christmas embossing folder to emboss a panel of red satin card. I stamped my feather on pearl card, and embossed it with gold powder. I coloured the feather with a gold galaxy marker, watered down with a wet paintbrush. I tore the feather out, and edged it and the embossed panel with a gold Krylon pen. I attached the panel to a cream pearl card, and added peel offs around the edge. I atttached the feather with 3d pads and finished off with a gold Merry Christmas peel off.

Cuttlebug ATC
Haven't had much time to play today, but I have made a cuttlebug ATC. The fabby card was embossed with the cuttlebug, and edged with Krylon. I printed out the painting of the kingfisher, matted it onto the same card, and then onto a bit of card that had been coloured with alchohol inks, which I also edged with Krylon. This was all then mounted onto the ATC.

Autumn canvas
I have made this 5" x 5" canvas by covering it with a piece of decorative paper, and neatening the edges with a piece of self adhesive DCWV gros grain ribbon. I have printed out one of my paintings and sandwiched it in between two slide mounts, and put them into a frame. I have attached this to the canvas using a piece of ribbon, and drawn some trees with a sharpie marker.
