Still playing with my stamps, and my cuttlebug..
So, having made my very first twinchie, the dilemma arose, as to what to do with it! I consulted a friend, who helpfully told me that hers was "on the windowsill"! Being obviously far more creative than her..........(yeah right!) I decided to make mine into a canvas. I therefore did a bit of matting and layering, and attached it to a canvas that I had covered with a beautiful piece of daisy paper. I used a distress ink pad to distress the edges of the canvas to match, added gold peel off corners, and wrote the word Summer in Write 'n' rub pen, which I then gilded.
This is my first ever twinchie, made for the Anything goes Challenge on CSF. I've used my own design stamps again, with some lovely K & Co backing paper and a bindi!

Now this isn't new, but I just rediscovered it yesterday and have hung it in my bedroom. Awhile ago I painted some animals on wooden plaques, for Christmas presents for family, had a problem with the varnish on this one, which has resolved itself over the intervening years. It is painted with acrylic paints..........not much more I can say really! LOL
