Cupboard door!

Having been going through a bit of a lull creatively, my guy asked me if I would paint this cupboard door for inside his campervan. Having had a bit of a think, this is what appeared! It is all painted with acrylics, and is in fact the first landscape that I have painted in acrylics. There are things that I'm not happy with, but I won't point them out here :)

Autumn canvas

I have made this 5" x 5" canvas by covering it with a piece of decorative paper, and neatening the edges with a piece of self adhesive DCWV gros grain ribbon. I have printed out one of my paintings and sandwiched it in between two slide mounts, and put them into a frame. I have attached this to the canvas using a piece of ribbon, and drawn some trees with a sharpie marker.

Cuttlebug ATC

I've been playing with my new cuttlebug, and some embossing folders, and I have made this ATC, using a print of one of my landscape oil paintings. The edges were finished with a Krylon pen.

Slide mount canvas

Yes, another canvas! I'm still playing with the slide mounts, and thought they would be effective used thus on a canvas, with prints of some of my paintings in them. I coloured the background of the canvas with distress inks, and painted the trees with acrylic paint to finish it off.

Slide mounts

Well....I bought these slide mounts, as I thought they'd look nice with my paintings in them. Then I was a bit concerned that a card with one attached might be a little top heavy. My friend Fifi suggested that I send her a card so she could check it out....................how kind is that?!!! Anyway I made this card, the slide mount does axctually hang squarely in front of the matts, but I had to turn it upside down to scan, so it's moved a bit! The trees are scribbled on with a biro :)

Inchies

Another cheat today, I've been making some inchies for a friend of mine, they are made very simply, using prints of some of my landscape paintings.

Blue Awning Envelope

Have been crafting again, and have made an envelope using the lovely blue awning papers and embellishments. I have added a print of one of my paintings, and some of my little painted flowers and some flat backed gems.

Simple card

A nice simple card today..........cos it's for a guy! I printed a copy of one of my paintings from the computer, matted on gold card and a piece of Papermania Oriental spice paper.....onto a cream pearl card, and voila........job done!
